Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we currently only offer shipping domestically (USA).
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached. See our full Shipping and Returns policy for details.
How do I start a return or exchange?

Are your products safe for all dogs?
Yes, are mission is to provide products that are available to all dogs regardless of size, breed, etc.
How do I choose the right size?
Most of our products are one size fits all. For those that are not one size fits all, we provide a size chart to help you determine the best size for your pup!
Do you offer custom or personalized items?
At this moment we do not.

Do you have a physical store?
No we are an e-commerce store. We do attend markets and events based in New Jersey, so if you are from the area or nearby, stay up-to-date to see where we'll be vendors to stop by and check us out!
