Shipping Policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard and expedited shipping options.

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Returns Policy

Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return: Please contact us at barksandbesos@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return shipping instructions.

Refund Processing: Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the items and process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges: If you need a different size or color, please contact us and we'll be happy to help arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, personalized products, and items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.
